Simply cut the pipe cleaners to the desired length, dip in glue and stick to the top of each pom-pom. The activity can used to teach one-to-one correspondence, counting or for fine motor practice. The options are up to you!

Make Believe Play - Pizza Parlor

pizza

We use the Tools Of The Mind curriculum which has make believe play as one of it's core components. We recently started our restaurant theme and this is how it looks....so far. :-)
- Recycled pizza boxes
- Play dough tools as pizza cutters
- Play food from our dramatic play area
- Pretend pizza created by the children
- Menus from local restaurants
- Cardboard box pizza oven (It was a clothes dryer in our previous theme.)
- Donated plates from our parents
